1. About iRaksh
iRaksh provides information about connected safety products for homes, elderly people, vehicles, smoke detection and water-leak detection. Contact us at help@iraksh.com.
2. Website information
Website content is provided for general information and may change. Product availability, compatibility, technical specifications, prices, taxes, installation requirements, delivery dates and warranties are confirmed only in the final quotation, order confirmation or product documentation.
3. Build My System
The questionnaire is a consultation aid, not a professional security assessment or binding product recommendation. Its summary is based on the answers you provide. iRaksh may ask additional questions before issuing a quotation.
4. Quotations and orders
A questionnaire summary or WhatsApp message is not an order. A purchase becomes binding only when both parties accept the final quotation or order terms and any required payment is completed. Separate sales, delivery, return and warranty terms may apply and will be provided before purchase.
5. Important safety limitation
iRaksh is a self-monitored alert platform and is not a police, fire, ambulance, medical, emergency-dispatch or professional monitoring service. Devices and app notifications cannot prevent every incident or guarantee that an alert will be received or acted upon. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.
6. Connectivity and device performance
Alerts may depend on power, battery condition, device placement, network or internet availability, mobile permissions, compatible hardware and correct installation. You are responsible for following instructions, testing devices, maintaining batteries and connectivity, and keeping contact settings current.
7. Elderly safety
iRaksh products may support awareness and communication, but they do not replace personal care, medical advice, supervision or emergency services. Do not rely on a device as the only safeguard for a person who needs continuous assistance.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or misleading information, copy protected materials without permission, or use iRaksh products to unlawfully monitor another person.
9. Intellectual property
The iRaksh name, logo, website design, text, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to iRaksh and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website for its intended purpose.
10. Third-party services
The website may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. iRaksh is not responsible for third-party availability, content or conduct.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. iRaksh is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from website use, third-party services, connectivity failure or reliance on preliminary recommendations. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify iRaksh against claims and losses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or products, infringement of another person's rights, or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith. Any unresolved dispute will be subject to courts of competent jurisdiction in India, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
