iRaksh provides connected safety products for homes, elderly people, vehicles and household hazards. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at help@iraksh.com.

• Information you voluntarily provide by email or WhatsApp, such as your name, phone number, questions and product requirements.
• Answers you select in the Build My System questionnaire.
• Basic technical information that may be generated when you access the website, such as browser type, device type, IP address, timestamps and security logs.
• Order, delivery and support information if you later purchase a product from us.

3. How the system builder works

Your questionnaire answers are used to prepare a requirement summary. The website does not automatically send that summary to iRaksh. If you select the WhatsApp button, WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message. You decide whether to send it.

4. How we use personal data

• To respond to enquiries and recommend an appropriate system.
• To prepare quotations and provide requested products or support.
• To operate, secure and improve the website and customer experience.
• To meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and regulatory obligations.

WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own privacy terms; information you send through WhatsApp is processed by WhatsApp and iRaksh.

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including customer support, warranty, accounting, dispute-resolution and legal requirements. Retention periods may vary by record type.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal data. No website, transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
